We have used Jan for over 20 years to help buy and sell homes. This particular time we bought a (short sale) home to rent out. Jan is very thorough and there weren't any problems at all. We have referred several people to Jan and all have been very happy with her services. She is very professional and personable. We would highly recommend her to anyone for buying and/or selling real estate. You could not find a better realtor anywhere.

Jan had been very helpful to us from the time my husband and I decided to buy a home until after our home closing. Since we're buying our first home, she carefully explained to me the home buying process, took notes of what we wanted and showed us the listings that fit the kind of house that we were looking for.My husband happened to be abroad during the initial process and she was quick to send him all the information he needed. There were times when we wanted to go back to the same properties being unsure of which to choose, she was so patient to call the listing agents so we could view the houses again. Never did I feel pressured during the entire period that I worked with her. Even my sister who went with me during the Closing Date said I have a very good agent who is always after her client's interest. We now own our first home through Jan and until now she never hesitates to help us with anything. We felt treated as a family by her. I got her name from my bank anyway, not from anybody I personally know. We decided to take the risk of getting her as our agent after my first meeting with her and I can say it was all worth it!
